Her cookbooks, her column in Het Parool, and her social content showcase the diversity of Asia and the stories and culture behind its dishes. Her latest cookbook, Solo,

focuses on cooking for one person, as she is forever single and loving it. Together with Lizzy van Hees, she hosts the podcast Steeds meer Singles, where they explore how single-friendly the world really is and help you feel just as solo and thriving as Emma.
